The site uses a session cookie for administrator access, form security and submission throttling. Submitted names and comments are stored in the site database and become public after administrator approval. Do not include private contact details in public submissions.

Remote product images are served by their retailer image host. Loading them sends a network request to that host. Outbound retailer links leave this site and are governed by the retailer’s own policies.

For administrator authentication, a salted hash of the requesting IP address and recent attempt timestamps are stored to limit repeated login attempts. The hosting provider may separately maintain server access logs.

The site operator must add a contact method and retention/deletion policy before public launch. This page is a technical starter notice, not a complete jurisdiction-specific privacy policy.
